Dental Implants
Everything starts with a beautiful smile
If you are missing one or more teeth and would like to smile, speak and eat again with comfort and confidence — there is good news! Dental implants look and feel just like your own teeth. Under proper conditions, implants can last a lifetime.
Understanding Dental Implants
A Permanent Solution for Missing Teeth
A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that is placed into your jaw to hold a replacement tooth or bridge. They are durable and stable because of the bond formed between bone and implant — also highly functional, mimicking the chewing capacity of natural teeth and preserving the patient’s ability to speak properly.
Dental implants are an ideal option for almost everybody: people in good general oral health who have lost teeth due to periodontal disease, injuries, or other reasons. High-tech in nature, dental implants are actually more tooth-saving than traditional bridgework, since implants do not rely on neighboring teeth for support.
Additionally, dental implants stimulate and maintain jaw bone, preventing bone loss and helping to maintain facial features. Dental implants have emerged as the favorite choice for tooth replacement. Our multidisciplinary team of experts works together in the same location with cutting-edge technology to create beautiful and healthy smiles.

The Process
New Smile in One Day — Step by Step
From your first consultation to a permanent, beautiful smile — our specialists guide you through every step of the implant journey.
Best Treatment Plan Assessment
Every dental implant procedure begins with specialist evaluation. At this consultation, our specialists will create a tailored treatment plan just for you and determine if you are a good fit for the procedure. The specialist will answer all your questions by explaining the process from start to finish. As with any dental procedure, it is important to discuss your personal medical history and all the risks and benefits with your dental specialist.
Dental Implant Procedure
Once you decide to move forward with your treatment, you can come for your dental implant procedure. Thanks to our state of the art technology, in some cases you can leave with a new smile in just one visit! With high-resolution 3-D CT scans and virtual planning software, the procedure is completed and temporary replacement teeth are uniquely fabricated to meet the parameters of your mouth.
Recovery Period
Implants are typically placed in a single sitting but require a period of healing before we place your new permanent teeth. Over the course of several months, the titanium post and jawbone will fuse together through the process of osseointegration.
Permanent Teeth Placement
This is the final step! When your mouth has finished healing and your new dental implants have stabilized, our prosthodontist will use Computer Aided Design and CEREC technology to create permanent, completely restored, durable, and beautiful new teeth — with no need for outside labs.
Why Choose Weston Dental Care
Our specialist team and state-of-the-art techniques keep us at the forefront in the field of Implant Dentistry.
Faster & Safer Healing — PRF Technique
With the innovative PRF (platelet rich fibrin) technique, our patients' healing occurs faster than usual with less chance of infection. PRF is a gelled membrane formed by the patient's own blood — 100% natural, biocompatible, no synthetic or animal-derived products. Scientifically proven to enhance healing and regeneration, decreasing post-operative complications.
Sonic Weld™ Bone Grafting
When jaw bone is too thin or soft, bone grafting is required. Weston Dental Care uses the Sonic Weld™ device — cutting-edge organic and absorbable barriers that require only one initial surgery to grow bone in a safer, more efficient manner. This eliminates the hassle of undergoing additional surgeries needed with previous barriers.

CEREC One-Day Crown System
With CEREC technology, we fabricate permanent dental implant crowns in-house — no outside labs required. Your new smile in three simple steps: Scan (CEREC Omnicam scanner), Design (3D software), Production & Placement (milling machine). Customized abutments ensure greater clinical safety and a natural tooth-colored look.

CEREC Technology

Your New Smile in 3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Scan
We use the CEREC Omnicam scanner to make precise digital 3D images of the implant — no conventional impression trays.
Step 2: Design
Our specialist designs the abutment and crown with CEREC 3D software, converting a digital picture into a 3-dimensional virtual model.
Step 3: Production & Placement
The milling machine creates the final porcelain restoration with smooth surfaces and fine fissures. You leave with a beautiful, healthy smile.
